With over 25 years as a school social worker in one of the nation's largest school districts, Traci Reno brings deep expertise and commitment to supporting students and families. In her private practice in Falls Church, VA, Ms. Reno specializes in autism, ADHD, and anxiety, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Zones of Regulation, Unstuck and On Target, Superflex, Hunter and the Amazing Remote Control, and more. As a certified UCLA PEERS trainer, she assists individuals on the autism spectrum, including social and dating skills training. She will soon add the UCLA Preschool curriculum, and SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) to her repertoire. SPACE is a parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related problems

Ms. Reno's passion for personal growth and intentional living has inspired her development of a Habit Tracker tool that goes beyond tracking to address underlying barriers to progress. She is also the author of an upcoming parenting book, set for publication in 2025, to guide parents in cultivating resilience and connection within their families.
